Vintage Comicz

First time posting here newbie. However some key questions I was hoping some comic enthusiasts would help me with. Usually I buy graded books however I bought this book raw for a signing event. I was told it had no restoration and several people had vouched for the seller. Needless to say the book has been graded Signed Signature Series and label as B-1 for slight color touch. So the first lesson I learned is buy a book already graded for a signing and have them crack it. The second is not to take ppls word even if they are reputable. Now moving on I'd like to see about getting the color touch removed...if it can be. Since its signed signature my options are limited bc I don't wanna lose the yellow label. Is CCS able to do these type of things? If so what is the charge? Will I have to pay regrading fees? Book comes in this week but I'll go ahead post pictures of the books from the signing event with close ups as well as the graded notes. All help is appreciated!
