The exact same thing has happened to me. Sent books in October. I received half of one shipment in November - the other half (high dollar books) have been completely MIA. I emailed and asked for the remaining books to be fast tracked, was told me order was updated - it wasn't. To make matters more frustrating, I've sent other books in and got them back while the high dollar books remain in limbo.

Doesn't matter if it tight or loose because you'll never get your books back anyway. These turn around times are absolutely insane.

In all fairness to CGC, the shipping kits are optional. One may send books in whatever fashion they choose.

I ordered simple shipping kits to send packages to CGC. It's been 3 weeks... still haven't arrived. Kinda ridiculous.
