  1. Awesome!!! Thanks for the info!
  2. I have two orders for CCS and CGC that aren't showing up when I go to track and they are within the 8 month time frame. one I know I need to update my pay info, the other isn't at that point with CCS yet. Is the system being wonky?? I don't mind how long they are taking, just that they arent showing up when I track has me troubled. The orders are: CGC3907939830 & CGC3775482531
  3. 445 working days is just insane, I thought they worked on the turnaround times...but it's now worse? Just wow.
  4. Just curious, as with the current turnaround times, the only way for me to follow some of my submissions will be to use the search function. Right now whenever I use it, it says "Order # not found. Please note that you can only search for submissions older than 8 months by submission number." I've already called to get the status of the order I was searching for, but it would be really nice if the search function worked.
  5. I have one of many orders in the CCS/CGC. This particular one was supposed to be pressed/cleaned then graded. I called today as it shows it's in the encapsulation/grading area (not graded yet mind you), but I never got charged for the pressing. Turns out they aren't sure if my books were pressed or not and are looking into it (though it seems they were never pressed). Let's say they haven't been....this is a simple matter of just sending them back to CCS and starting the process over right? Just curious....
  6. Hi all, I was wondering if anyone might be able to educate me as to what that white area is on the cover under the s and p? I dont think its white out, as that area is smooth to the touch as if it's part of the original print ink and doesnt show anything odd under a black light. This is a newsstand copy by the way. I saw one graded as high as a 9.6 with this... just curious as to what it actually is. Thank you in advance
