    I have 1 box of comics that has apparently disappeared somewhere between the CGC warehouse and the post office. I have a shipping label / tracking number from CGC but it was never "scanned in" as accepted by USPS. It has been missing in the system since the end of December and the post office has stated they never received it from CGC. The Shipping Department is reviewing their records and looking for my box but no luck so far. Am I the only one affected or has anyone else experienced this in the last few weeks?

    I know that CSS can press signature series books and have them regraded by CGC while maintaining the Signature Series label. I am unsure how to request this using the inline submission form (I believe I have to pay extra but this is not an option on the form). Do I just send the books and include a note that I want to maintain the signature series label or am I missing something on the online form? Thank you!
