Anybody else having problems with the Comic/Magazine submission form?  After I select Grading, I get this but then no pricing appears and no option to continue.  I have tried multiple browsers with the same result.

Cover is completely split and re-attached with tape.  I also detected some color touch in a number of spots on the front cover. Will try to get some pictures under black light to post later.

I just sent them an email so we'll see if Dark Knight's advice works. 

I sent my inquiry on Wednesday, Jan 20th and received a response on Friday, Jan 22nd:
