  1. Well, Mike wasn't lying, these are tough... I promise not to procrastinate this time around and wait until the very last minute. I vow to have my guesses in at least 15 minutes before grades are due this time.
  2. I haven't, and I have a decent chunk of Wolvie newsstands. Speaking of Wolverine, 88 could be a candidate, and Origins 10. But I feel like I'm just naming big keys in newsstand as opposed to "newsstand grails" like UF4. Would Batman 457 2nd print newsstand be considered modern or copper? That would be a good one...
  3. That game and Ninja Gaiden were the main two I gave up on. I even beat Metroid, but not those...
  4. Not that I've seen, but it's a cool idea! I don't know if I can come up with 10 off the top of my head, but a clear candidate for #1 would be Ultimate Fallout 4. Clone Wars 1 would be another big one I think. I'd personally also nominate Batman 1 New 52 (it goes for some decent money) and Detective 880. Batman 6 New 52 also. Maybe a couple of other Bat-keys too, like 655 (first Damien) and 635 (Jason Todd Red Hood), but I admittedly have a Batman bias, and those could be further down the list (or not on it at all). Spawn 1 should be on there too I think...
  5. Nostalgic for me too, as the art for the NES TMNT game (which I've still never beaten to this day...).
  6. Picked up a four-book lot on eBay, they showed up today - the #4 2nd print was the obvious reason I wanted it, happy to finally own this book!
  7. Thank you! I could luckily tell right away when I saw it that it was some kind of New 52 version based on the logo and the credits, so for the price it was a no-brainer to grab it, even with the condition issues. I did see there was a "Batman Experience" exhibit at SDCC 2019, so I assume it was either distributed there or at some panel.
  8. I've been collecting the variants and additional prints of the new 52 Batman #1, and this variant (pics below) wasn't even on my radar - I found it at Half Price Books today for $2. I was able to find out that it's the " Batman 80th Anniversary Special Edition 1" from 2019, and the lone eBay listing I found says it was from SDCC 2019. GoCollect has a listing but no real info. KeyCollector and CovrPrice don't have a listing that I've found. I'm just wondering if anyone knows more about where it was distributed, possibly how many there might have been given out, etc.? Just looking for any additional info to better know about the book. The front is fairly clean, but unfortunately the back has a couple of bad tics and some color rub and is very fingerprinted (it's a glossy black card stock, I might try to wipe it down with microfiber or something).
