Sorry for the late reply, this thread keeps going even during xmas. I paid by credit card as the Paypal exchange to Canada is unfavorable. I looked through the ebay Invoice and there is no address or name as the seller is in the US. I only remembered being upset at the 9.8 with multiple spine ticks, so looked at the box and saw his name Brees, just like @silent06 confirmed, and then messaged him directly for refund. The ebay return label was for DHL shipping direct to their eBay international hub at Glendale Heights IL, which I presume got forwarded to his home in Forest Hills, NY. Who knows if Brees Riva/Rivas is his real full name. Might be a pseudonym or nick name just like how Richards go by , or Roberts go by Bob. He could be using his girlfriend Brees Riva the flight attendant someone found and using it to hide his true alias

I was the buyer. Not Bree, not Bries. It was Brees. I was upset at the Hulk 340 book as it looked more like a 9.0 or 9.2 than the 9.8 that i purchased from him. I checked the physical box for his name before messaging him and found his name as Brees, which i then used to message him for refund. Unfortunately i checked my Ebay Purchase history and cannot find his full name or address anywhere. Since i live in Canada, when ebay allowed the refund, they emailed me a DHL return label to their international Global shipping hub in Glendale heights IL, which was then forwarded to his home address in NY.

His first name is Brees, which i found from the box label when he shipped me a Hulk 340 9.8 i won on Oct 24, 2023. When i received the book I found that the book had 4 or 5 color breaking spine ticks along it's black spine and was disappointed that this book was able to be graded a 9.8 by CGC. The book was at most a borderline 9.0 or 9.2 at most. Luckily Brees allowed refunds on his ebay auctions, and I was able to return and get a partial refund (lost around $200 Cdn due to exchange rate and shipping costs). I tried looking for his address, but the book was shipped back to Ebay Global Shipping hub location at Glendale Heights IL, which was then forwarded to his Forest Hills home. Fortunately I feel lucky that i was able to recoup almost 90% of the book, unlike others here who were scammed thousands for much higher books. It looks like he was not just swapping out golden age books, or MJ newsstands, but also common books like Hulk 340s. I messaged him for refund and you can see in the ebay history how he tried to justify his scam by saying lots of CGC 9.8s have spine ticks. Read below.

Hi Jennifer, similar question. If i submitted 10 comic books for Modern Tier, and 10 comic books for Economy Tier, would they ship separately?

Hello CGC! If i were to submit in one shipment: 10 Modern Tier books for CCS Pressing and grading, and another 10 Modern Tier books just for grading... would the two groups of books be shipped back together or separately? Just wanted to minimize my shipping costs since I live in Canada and the FedEx International rates are expensive. Thanks!
