Both the front and back cover are detached completely. What is the grade with both the front and back covers detached and is there any reason to grade it? Thanks!

The clear defect on this one is obvious. But the comic is complete and appears nice other than the cover. Any idea on what this cover issue does to the grade? Is it worth grading or just sell as is? Thanks in advance!
