Uh... my reholder just shipped, but there's no grade. It simply says "white" where the grade is supposed to be. Is this normal? My first time getting a reholder.

Am I reading that correctly, Sears actually drew that Thor? That's probably the best sketch I've seen and of one of my favorite characters. That's an amazing piece. I might need to save for a Sears sketch.

Are book sets worth more if they're graded in sequential order and part of the same CGC batch? It seems like that would be a good way of classifying a group of books as a set. For example, say someone had the first Wolverine mini-series signed and graded in sequential order with custom labels. Would that make the series more valuable than a set of books from different batches? Seems kind of like a silly question, but I'm curious to see what people say. I know someone people won't care, but if it's a "thing", then I might do it with one or two of my sets.

I sent in 4 books and they flipped them really quick. Around 2 months. My first shipment was back in 2020 and it took 6 months. The next year I sent in more and I didn't get those back for 12 months, so they seem to be moving really fast now. Or they're getting less work. The labels weren't installed correctly. The thin strip on top was a little pinched on all 4, but not enough to complain about. It just makes it look a little unprofessional upon inspection. I bought one with a similar issue and I was little nervous it was tampered with. Seeing these 4 books eased my concerns.

Room has been slowly but surely upgrading. Filled in 2 more slab spots today so no more empty slots.

Ooh, this was a good score for me. I bought Hulk 340 and X-men 266 raw a few months ago and they both came back as high 9’s. They’ll be nice additions to my wall. The X-men 1’s l bought off the shelf 30 years ago. Man, that makes me feel old.

My book just shipped and it is coming back a 9.6! It looked like a 9.6 to me, so the gamble paid off.

They picked the perfect color for my SM 1. In person, the signature looks sorta 3D, like he signed the case and not the comic itself.

My X-men 266 newsstand was just shipped. I should receive it on Thursday. Grade was 9.0. I can live with that.

Jae Lee sketch from his recent event. I’m happy with it but find myself asking, what if… I think that would happen with any request I made. The only way to avoid it would be to submit a comic for every idea and who’s got that kind of money? Jae’s been one of my favorites since his Namor days and I wanted a sketch from him so I could study his inking and hopefully apply it to my own art. We’ll soon find out.

What the… when did eBay start charging $1 for every relisting? Is there a way to avoid this? Lost $3 so far. It’ll be $13 in 3 days time, unless all my books sell, which is unlikely.

I have a short list of books that I want signed. This will check one more off. I'm switching a #98 CBCS 9.4 to a CGC SS. I think there's a slight chance it might be a 9.6, which would be a huge plus, but we'll see.
