  1. I've been considering having some cards graded for a while now, but have held off due to the pricing structure being confusing. I noticed that pricing structure is based on card value, but can anyone clarify how/when the card's value is actually determined? Is that prior or after submitting the cards for grading? I mean I could have a 1st edition shadowless charizard. Mint condition (10) grading, it's valued a $15k+ card, would cost $50 to have graded, if it's a 6 or lower it's worth less than $1k, which would cost $20 to grade. How & when is the card values determined when submitting cards for grading?
