  1. Randall, thanks for the link. I'll go there now.
  2. I didn't realize it was scarce. I wrote the cover article and would like to give copies to my kids and keep a few for friends.
  3. I am interested in purchasing 5 copies of this fanzine, grade range VG-NM. Thank you.
  4. Sold this one a couple of years ago but it has always been one of my favorites.
  5. Hi dem1138: You are right, I am the one who pulled the trigger on the CL SC4, because I was thinking not exactly "now or never", but "now or a longer time than I want to wait." I had been looking at it since it was up on the CL page since Dec of last year, and I liked the look for the grade. Good luck in your SC4 search, have you taken a look at any of the Heritage deals of making an offer to the owner? Maybe you have checked that out, I have found good material there as well.
  6. Hi Gator: I remember reading one of your posts awhile back with your thoughts about what percentage the CGC Registry is to the total number of copies of a particular issue in the world. I think your ballpark in general (at least for GA and SA) was about 20% or so? Is that a close enough representation of your thinking?
  7. Haven't posted a comic jpg before, hope this works. It's a beater, but I like reading this one. The seller told me he found it in an old house he had bought and was renovating. It was within the basement stairs in a shoe shelf. The theory is that when the house was being renovated in 1939, whoever was installing the panelling, put it there to show when the work was done. Apparently it was a fairly comon practice done with old newspapers. I don't have any way of verifying it, but it's a cool story.
