    Hi CGC-Team, have some questions about my last submission (#1401010083). It's been on "Returning to Submission Center" for weeks now, despite the holidays it seems like quite a long time. My last order didn't take that long to get back to Munich. Also, I can't see any grades. Is this only possible when they are back in Munich or is this just a display error? Best Regards IQNQ

    I have a offcenter Card. There is just a part of analignment point on the lower left corner on both the front and back. Does this card already qualify as a minor flaw, or am I just really unlucky with the centering? Since this is my first potential miscut, I wanted to ask first before sending in the card

    Hi, I recently received back a shipment of various Pokemon cards, including a Japanese 25th Anniversary Charizard promo. All the other cards came in the usual case. But the Charizard came in a slightly thicker case and an "inside" sleeve. All in all, this card looks a little weird. Is there a reason why this card has a different case?

    I've got a card form a german grading-service called " Gold-Standard-Grading", but i want a grading from CGC ( obviously ). Therefore i've several questions: 1. Is this card eligible for a Crossover? 2. If not can i still send it in the Holder from "Gold-Standard-Grading"? P.S. It is a german Charizard from 2006. I'm sorry but my english is by far not the best, but according to the FAQ this card would be eligible. Am I right?
