  1. Please enlighten me, and tell me how can I know that things aren't going to be what they should be as planned this time. Well I'm not a seer clearly.
  2. Here's what they replied to me :"Packages containing Walkthrough or Express tier that are clearly marked WK or EX on the shipping box will be routed for expedited processing." I'm a bit confused now .. If it didn't matter, why they have a expedited package processing route? Why would they have us clearly marking our boxes with EX or WK? My last WalkThrough order is delivered on 3/22 and immediately recorded in the system on 3/22, So I don't know what's going on with this one
  3. Ok now this is funny, it's been 14 days after I delivered my package with "WK" clearly written on all sides of the package, still nothing showed in the system yet. I contacted the customer service either by phone call or email but the response I got will always be " Processing of orders generally runs 10-20 business days from delivery depending on submission volume, you will receive an automated email notification to alert you of your new submission once it has been processed. After processing you may begin tracking the progress of your orders online via the Submission Tracking feature.Thank you for your patience" Again, let's just see how long it's gonna take them.
  4. Yeah really hope it could work in the future just like how the same type of function worked in PSA... It’s making us more anxious currently. Meant to be a good function.
  5. Yeah exactly, this is meaningless and I don't get the point of this new system. They are confusing and misleading, those first time submitters would be really worried about whether their package's successfully delivered or not.
  6. To be honest It doesn't help. I don't know If it's just me or you guys met the same problem. I was entering all 2 of my packages' tracking number(one FedEx and one UPS) which delivered 2-3 weeks ago but It will always show "Your package has not been received. Please check with your shipping service for more information." I know they definitely received these packages as they are all signed by S.Simmons, which I'm pretty sure he's one of the staff.
  7. Yeah that's exactly what I did (Written with clear and bold black sharpie on all 4 sides of the boxes), and I was also shipping via FedEx. So that's kind of weird now...

  10. Anyone's package delivered on 3/1 still not shown as received on "my submission" page? Kind of concerned. Wrote "EX" all over the box but seems like it doesn't help.
  11. Anyone in the same situation as well? 25 days already, and tomorrow will be the end of this week's working days.. They told me that they are processing order between 3/1 to 3/22 this week. But still nothing on my submission page.
  12. Mine arrived on 3/1 as well and still not entered, it's so weird. Tomorrow 's gonna be Friday already, they said that this week they are entering orders delivered from the 1st of March. I know there's a lot of packages delivered everyday but It's really not that difficult to just enter an order number into the system, and they are just soooooo slow.
