  1. I LOVE Card art!!! Where did you get it? ...and who did that awesome frame job? It's sweeeet!
  2. Those are some gorgeous Vampirella pieces. I love the Jusko painting as well.
  3. This is my kind of Thread!!! My only regret is that I don't have too many books with more than 3 signatures. Anyway, keep 'em coming! -Issa Wolverine Nabisco Variant Signed by Yu, Sienkiewicz and Vines. Hulk 181 signed by Trimpe, JRSR, Stan Lee and Len Wein X-men 266 Signed by Stan Lee, Jim Lee, Andy Kubert and Claremont X-Men #1 (all 4 covers) signed by Jim Lee, Claremont and Scott Williams. (On Hold)
  4. Easyt63, Which comics are in those binders? How do you get comics bound into binders like that? Do they take all of the issues apart and put them in a binder? ...I would really like to do that myself! -Issa
  5. Issa I'm so jealouse of you!!!! :shy: Thanks for the kind words LBJARM
  6. I bought this book on a whim and got it signed at NYCC 2009: Wolverine#145 (Nasbisco Variant) CGC 9.8 SS Bill Sienkiewicz, Leinil Yu and Dexter Vines. Thanks to Par2ch for the silver sharpie, for teaching me how to prep my own books...and for letting me follow him around as he got the signatures for me. I learned that SS Witnesses are very quick on their feet. I could barely keep up with Dan....but it turned out very well as this book is the highest graded and has the most signatures (I believe). Thank you so much Dan. P.S. I still can't believe I prepp'ed this book myself....because I can't even keep the camera steady... -Issa P.S. Moved to this thread because "Back from CGC" is more appropriate.
  7. Thanks Jimbo/PinkPanther. I'm actually a bit taken by Joe Sinnott's signature. It's very neat and uniformly drawn. Interestingly enough, Sinnott's son, told me that he can't draw Dr. Doom/Galactus commissions because of the strain on his hand. With a signature like that, I think his hand is OK, right? Am I right? ...just kidding)
  8. I've been watching this thread for months hoping to finally add something to it. Here it is, my first FF book, first appearance of one of my favorite characters, Dr. Doom! I'm enamored by the fact that this book has no Marvel chipping. -Issa
  9. This is a DPS Andy Kubert piece that I've had for a few years. From X-Men #40. Word bubbles and sound effects still glued on.
  10. Very Nice Ditto! Man that's a sweet book? Is it for sale?
  11. ...you guys are too funny. Anyway, this is my contribution to this thread. Andy Kubert DPS of Wolvy and Sabretooth: I would take a better picture, but I bought it framed and I'm terrified of taking it out for a better picture. Art is 22 x 17"
  12. Wow, I love your FF#19/49 covers! ....I'm trying to get an FF#5, but have had no luck for the longest time. I look forward to the time I can post it in this thread.
