I came here to see if anyone was in my shoes... sounds like they are. Economy submission (4 cards) marked received 2/28 and has been in grading/encapsulation/imaging for 3 weeks or so now. I'm not freaking out or anything but it is frustrating. It just seems petty to have the status progress to make the customer happy...only to have their cards sit in the next step for another couple of months. I'm pretty forgiving.... I'm excited to get my cards back... I'll check back in another week to see if there's been any progress.. Once I get these cards back, I'm probably going to check once every month for my bulk order.

Thanks for replying. Last time I checked I think it took me to the submissions page or something weird. I'll have to check to see if it is any different

First time making a post and have tried the search feature to no avail... I have submitted one standard, four economy cards in February, and submitted a bulk order in early April. I was wondering if there was a way to find our submission order slip that we included in the package for shipping. I just wanted to go through and see which cards I submitted. I remember most of them but I wanted to go through and check out the order slip just for kicks and have the "oh yeah, I submitted that card" and "can't wait to get that one back" moment.... Could I contact customer service via email or phone to see if I could get that order slip? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What was your order type? Your order type will dictate your turnaround times. I had one standard and four economy items received 2/25 in their system. I received the standard card about a month ago but my economy order has yet to progress from received. It was frustrating that their bulk and standard card types were so close in turnaround times when we paid more for the cards to be graded sooner (it wasn't that way when I placed my order and sent them in), however it now appears bulk orders are increasing in turn around time. Still staying optimistic...slabs are beautiful!! On a side note.... Does anyone know where to find their packing slip with the cards on that? I forgot to make a copy of my bulk order...

My economy for four cards was marked as received 2/25. I did receive my standard card from that same received date and absolutely love it . Wonder how much longer I should have until economy moves forward.... I'm patient so not too worried. Have a bulk that has not been marked as received but is safe in their facility so it's all good! Can't wait to get them back.
