This one is charging 15 cent juice before the game starts, when almost all books only charge 10 cents. (It is common to switch to 15 cents for live betting on games though.) You might also see numbers such as Iowa -1.5 -115 and LSU +1.5 -105. Hope this helps a little bit.

At least one book from Janis Ian’s collection is noted as such on a CGC label. There could be more, but I’ve only seen one.

This is just a guess, and I apologize if anyone has already mentioned this. Is it possible that the new slab that had a special label can’t be attached to an old number? Maybe labels and certs done before the specialized artwork labels started can’t carry the old cert number into a new reholdered slab? My best guess.

Wow. That was a nice portion of the run in CGC 9.8. There were a few Pedigree books too. I wonder if someone just gave up on putting the run together in 9.8? I can say from experience that it isn’t easy.

Big Ben’s is a must stop. Go to the Allen Park location. They have a new one I haven’t been to, but I believe it doesn’t have much in Silver and Bronze. Time Travelers in Berkley will have enough Silver and Bronze to make in worthwhile. Vault of Midnight and Green Brain seem to mostly have newer stuff. I have not been to the Detroit location of VoM yet though. Stadium Cards and Comics in Ypsi probably has close to 40 long boxes of Bronze, Copper, and Modern books and is a worthwhile stop. As Sigur mentioned, Plymouth has, or had, two decent shops that would be worth visiting that are nice. Try Compari in downtown Plymouth for pizza and roasted garlic bulbs if you like garlic. Clawson does have GOB and Warp 9 that are a mile or so from each other, so you can also get a two for one there too. There are some decent places in the northeastern suburbs. I haven’t been to them in a while, and they have been a bit pricey when did visit them.
