    The Ditko art is attractive to collectors. The Bell Ringer is a good non ASM story.

    Bought the complete 11-page story on ebay about 10 years ago. I don't think CGC graded single pages then. Ended up flipping for $700. What a (duh) I am.

    Clean grays and white streaks mean everything on this book. I looked forever for that ultra clean look. Low humidity Ohio climate preserved my book.

    The highest 8.0 sale I saw during Covid was $610k. That's roughly 1/2 of that.
