Hello everyone. I need your help. last week I purchased an English basic set charizard graded 8.5 CGC. before making the purchase I made sure that the card was legit, so I searched for it on the site database using the card code.. So far no problem, I find the card, it's her, the characteristics and defects match. The problem is that since Saturday, using the same code, I can no longer find it on the site, and honestly it makes me a little strange because it was on Saturday that the seller started the shipment. Do you know what could cause something like this? Has this ever happened to anyone? Is this a temporary issue with the CGC search site? Honestly, I'm already thinking about a scam, but I don't understand how this was available on the site until yesterday and has no longer been available since Saturday. As far as I know, you can't remove cards from the database, right? thanks to anyone who can help me

I recently purchased this cgc 9.8 issue 1 outcast slab from an online comic shop that I’ve ordered from before and trust them. I’ve never had an issue until now. The cgc label is warped, the comic is wavy, the bottom left and top right corners are chipped, the sides of the slab can open a little bit but not enough to slide a comic out, the slab looks thicker than any cgc slab I’ve ever seen and the label on top looks weird, there’s debris inside the case as well. I took multiple photos in the hopes that someone can tell me if I’m crazy or not but I can only post 2. I’ve got 11 more pictures if needed.

Now that the new labels and grading scale changes have been in effect for a month and 2 months since the reveal of the changes happening how is everyone feeling about it? how do we feel about longevity? will the new labels perform better overtime with pricing compared to the competition? My thoughts are that I like the changes that have been made all around personally I think with the changes CGC will be able to take/hold rank 2 among the grading companies for longevity but for pricing I think the gem mint 10s will fall from where they're at now over time but I believe pristine 10s will hold and be worth more than the old 10s. but those are just my thoughts curious to what others think -

I submitted a brand new Silver Surfer Rebirth #1 to CGC for the Mico Suayan private signing and remarking, paying $150 for the service. I received the book from BigTimeCollectibles, and it was in excellent condition. I took a picture of it and checked it over to make sure it was a 9.8, and it was, so I send it off. I don’t send ANY modern books in unless they are at least a 9.8/9.6. I receive the book back, and it’s graded at 9.2 (Grader’s Notes: light staining on the cover). I know, for a fact, there was not a stain on the cover! There doesn’t even appear to be a stain in encapsulation. I have emailed and called CGC to try to figure out what went wrong and how to get this rectified, but have not received a satisfactory answer yet. I got in touch with one agent who said someone’s book had recently been ruined when a handler/artist spilled hand sanitizer on it! What the hell?? I know you sign a waiver, but, to me, that means minor dings, not someone STAINING YOUR BOOK! This is absolutely careless and ridiculous on the part of CGC. I’ve also included pictures of multiple stress marks that were not there and the comparison image I took before sending it off. I don’t send books to you to destroy, CGC! At least have the decency to refund the signing/remarking. I didn’t pay $150 to have my book “stained.” Someone needs to answer my inquiry, and you need to correct this, CGC!

This is a sale I've been wanting to do for some time now, just haven't been able to get around to it. I've got a big inventory of well north of 10,000+ s/s slabs. 90% of which are probably 9.8 and range from copper to modern. There's a few older books in there, but that's the majority. Doing signature series for 12+ years, the stuff builds up. Tonight, I'm heading with a buddy to his office where there are multiple scanners, and we're going to scan between 200-300+ slabs. When the books start going up, it's going to be a mix of new books as well as books you may have seen listed in previous sales threads, and probably some older stuff that I just never got around to throwing out there. Here's how it works. When you hit a and claim a book, you are gifted a second slab by me. Via PM, you let me know what your tastes are. Do you like Star Wars, Suicide Squad, Daredevil, Batman, Spider-Man----are you a Marvel guy, a DC or Image guy, or maybe small press? What creators do you like? Capullo? Snyder? Geof Isherwood, John Tyler Christopher, Moench, Campbell----give me something to bounce off of. While you are going to end up with a 2nd book for every ONE (1) that you purchase, at the end of the day, I decide what I'm sending. You're not promised or guaranteed a 9.8 freebie, but you're not getting trash either. Odds are HEALTHY you'll get a 9.8, worst case a 9.6. And while I'm going to be doing my best to cater to your tastes via your wish list, that doesn't necessarily mean I can make it happen. It's a jumping off point for me, but at the end of the day, when your box arrives, what's inside will be a surprise. I'm not going to have time to run options by you of "would you like Book A" vs "or do you prefer Book B", and you're not going to be getting $200 gifted books either, just to set your expectations from the get go. The idea is that hopefully we'll have some fun, we'll move a few books, you'll enjoy your freebies and I'll unload some extra inventory. Because this is a two for one sale where you're getting a free book along with you purchase, it's unlikely that I'll be discounting. If you're on the probation list or HoS, stay clear of this thread. I am considering buying an SGC 10 Feraligatr 5/111 1st edition Neo Genesis, but SGC isn't my favorite grading company ever. Does CGC allow crossover from SGC? Or do I have to crack the slab and then submit the card?

Hey guys I was just wandering are there such thing as a CGC MINT 10 graded copy of an golden age books out there I mean I rarely see them for modern books so I'm sure there's no luck with GA but just curious on the topic thanks

Since when was there a Cerebus #1 graded a CGC 9.6? It's a Signature Series too and does not appear to be a regraded version as there are still 3 at 9.4. I'm surprised to see this coming out of left field and would love to see it.
