It's the most wonderful time of the year! My annual Holiday Sales Thread will begin tonight at 7 PM CST. I'll be listing books over the next three weeks, hopefully ending on New Years Day. Invoices will be sent in early January. No payments are due until that time, and no shipping will occur until that time. So even if you don't have enough cash right now, you have about 3 weeks to save up for your purchases. Its been a great year in the comic business. Between the website and conventions, I have bought thousands of books this year. I've been setting stuff aside all year long for this sale. Many of those books will be offered here for the first time anywhere. There are keys, semi-keys, movie books, high grades, mid grades, and low grades, and as always, lots of books that you just don't see around, and almost all of it will be CHEAP, heavily discounted in some cases! Lots and lots of bargains for the collector, and room for dealers to make money. Lots of Neal Adams, Bernie Wrightson, Jim Steranko! Frazetta covers, Raboy covers, Schomburg covers, LB Cole covers, GGA, Pre-code horror, Pre Hero Atlas, and cool Romance books that you just don't see. I can't imagine that you won't be able to find something you are looking for at a very good price. Typical board rules apply. is king! I welcome reasonable offers by PM, but not 30 seconds after the book has been posted. And no editing of I'll Take its. If you click it, its yours. Also, no trading. I can't keep up with that stuff. If you buy something by PM, you still must post the I'll Take It in the thread. Please keep the chatter to a minimum. Payment - Paypal is the preferred method of payment, but I will accept checks or money orders. I also do time payments on purchases (combined or individual) of more than $500.00. You must check with me prior to purchasing for time payments. I prefer NOT to draw payments out more than a month, and if you do time payments with me, you can't be buying other stuff on the boards, while I am waiting for your payment. And typically speaking, I don't do discounts and time payments together. I offer full 100% money back guarantee, whether in the thread or on the website. Buyer pays return shipping. Item must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Shipping - I will ship worldwide. I use Fed Ex on large shipments and USPS Priority for everything else. Ok, first the preliminaries - we will follow the Geneva Conventions for all belligerents. No HOS or problem children. First in the thread wins, trumps PMs or conditional takes. This is a very long thread for me so it will roll out slowly (That doesn't mean you should pay slowly). I will try to list as much as I can, and feel free to PM to see what else is coming. Silver is almost exclusively DC titles, but the Gold is a wide variety of publishers. Feel free to make offers, package deals are always appreciated (and more likely to be accepted). I accept PayPal, money order or personal check (must clear in the bank before the book is sent out). Payment can be as soon as you are done or I will send out an invoice/PM with the final amount. Please pay within 2 days unless discussed. Shipping for up to 4 books is $4. I am listing a few groups of comics and any above 4 books I will try to have a shipping price in the listing. Canada is cost, overseas discuss before you take (can be worked out). Any racist content is purely the fault of the original publishers and I do not condone nor promote racism, but the covers do give interesting insight into the period and what was going on at the time. Returns are ok within 7 days shipping on you but please take a close look or ask as many questions as you want as I prefer not to have to deal with a return. I picked this The Funnies 44 when working out a deal on a few books. I really liked the Cover and and shape for the age. But it does not really fit with my collection I would say it is a g/vg (GA grading is not my forte) complete no resto that I see attached cover (although the top front is off) and centerfold. Overall a decent book. There are only 5 in the CGC census and sales data scarce. The last raw g/vg I found sold was on heritage in 2017 for 155. I asking 250 now $125 shipped or best offer thanks

The Twelve California Comic Convention ( CalComicCon ) will be held on Sunday, January 28th 2018. The show will be held in Orange County in Yorba Linda, held just miles from Disneyland and other attractions. We will continue to have a raffle that will have CGC graded comics, original artwork and sketches by guest artists. All paid admissions will receive a raffle ticket, extra ticket can be purchased at the show. Advance purchases will get three tickets, with a chance at a special online ticket holder only raffle. CGC will again be taking comic submissions and doing signature witnessing. This year the California Comic Convention will continue to place emphasis on vintage comic books. see dealers list and pics from past shows. Hi Boardies, This is Crackajack Funnies giveaway (1937). Interesting book that I was finally able to get a copy of. Interesting because it was initially a free giveaway by Malt-o-meal (who, what??) and printed on newsprint. Generally meant as a throwaway item. These were printed without any gloss on the cover. Book is complete, staples are in excellent shape with mild discoloration and no rust. Cover and all pages firmly attached. Thought I'd give you something unusual to grade over the weekend.
