Good night!! I am not interested in selling, I do this to take care of my collection. I want to grade a sketch that they did for me on a white cover. Also, Ivanna Sakhno signed the cover for me. During the signing they gave me a certificate of authenticity from the signature (not from CGC). My questions are: Do you recommend me to send the comic to be certified? I understand that it would be a green label, but would the grade be lowered because of the autograph and the drawing? Second question, do I have to send the name of the artist who made my drawing so that it can be included in the description of the label? And last question, do I have to send the certificate of authenticity of Ivanna's autograph to check if CGC could authenticate it? I hope to have your answer, Thanks in advance.

From October 2022. Recalled Elektra #3 "nude" variant. Got the special random sketch bonus on this one. I guess Greg couldn't fit the sketch in the area above the derriere on the front, or didn't want to cover the title with a sketch. Now both sides are potentially objectionable

This probably isn't the best place to ask this but I'm at the end of my rope here and just want some form of an answer, With the upcoming JRJR event I decided it was time to pull the trigger on some artwork from him as his version of Spidey is what i read growing up. I got the version of his sketch that's also inked by Scott hanna. I was told I'd be charged immediately but yet till this day the funds haven't left my account. I've contacted CGC but haven't gotten a response back. Any idea of what to do here in this scenario would be helpful

Hi! Forgive me if this has been asked... I tried searching but couldn't really find anything, and I'm still pretty new to the boards: Is it possible to submit already sketched/signed books by a guest that will be attending CGC In-House events? I know that it might be a little extra work, but I'd be willing to pay extra especially for an artist to recognize a sketch they have done for me and sign an affidavit to verify it for a Yellow CGC-Signature series label. I realize there might be a little more risk of forgery submitting books with just the signatures, but I have to believe that sketches are harder to fake. Any thoughts? Thanks! Jay -

If this is in a previous post, I apologize. I was unable to fing anything anywhere in regards to this question. Thanks. So, as a aspiring artist who gave up the trade 15+ years ago, I have just started doing art again just last week during this quarantine period. So I want to do a Deadpool sketch cover, I want to make it a good companion piece to Wolverine Vol.7 #1 (2020) C2e2 (virgin yellow negative space). Anyways, so there isn't a "virgin" blank sketch variant for any Deadpool comics that I can find, so I'm attempting to make one of my own. My question is, will the removal of the title on a sketch cover significantly hurt its grade or will it be automatically deemed art?? (See photos for my example) I dont intend to have this particular copy graded, it has a spot on the back and 1 semi crushed corner. It's just a book I bought to play around with. I'm asking, so that in the future, if I am commissioned to do a cover for someone and they would like the same treatment to their sketch covers I am equipped with the appropriate information to provide them the truth. So that I can definitively say to them "If you choose this option tour book will automatically become...."So is it just art? Is it a 8 or worse instead of a 9.8 because of this? Thanks for any information. This is strictly for informational purposes for future books.
