Hello everyone. I need your help. last week I purchased an English basic set charizard graded 8.5 CGC. before making the purchase I made sure that the card was legit, so I searched for it on the site database using the card code.. So far no problem, I find the card, it's her, the characteristics and defects match. The problem is that since Saturday, using the same code, I can no longer find it on the site, and honestly it makes me a little strange because it was on Saturday that the seller started the shipment. Do you know what could cause something like this? Has this ever happened to anyone? Is this a temporary issue with the CGC search site? Honestly, I'm already thinking about a scam, but I don't understand how this was available on the site until yesterday and has no longer been available since Saturday. As far as I know, you can't remove cards from the database, right? thanks to anyone who can help me

Hi CGC & fellow collectors A month ago - I submitted a Charizard #146 Holo card from the skyridge series to be graded. stuff happened when I entered the card description (I had no idea that the holo and reverse hoop both had the same card number when entering) and so it happened that I got back a graded Charizard #146 Reverse Holo . What are my options here ? Should I submit this card for re-holder (this time entering the correct name) or is there some special process ? thanks all !

Hi there, I'm new to this discussion board and I was wondering if someone could answer a question for me. I would like to have my childhood card graded, but I'm afraid it might receive an AA or other letter grade because the upper left corner and the border has a different color due to water, glue, or another substance. Do you believe this card has a chance of receiving a # grade?

Hello guys I just wanna ask a simple question. I got a card from ebay and was about to submit it for grading but unfortunately found out a major flaw on the surface. This wasn't in the description nor the photo. At a certain angle or low light the scratch isn't visible. Seller was so detailed on uploading a lot of pics except for this one😅 Well... Before I thought it'll be at least a 9.5+ and above not knowing that scratch would be there and now everything has changed🥲 To my valuation grade of this card will be... 1) Centering 9.5(or10)/10 2) Coners 9.5(or10)/10 (minor whitening on one corner) 3) Edges 10/10 4) Surface ?/10 (clear surface but one scratch on the holo part) I have no clue on how the scratch would affect overall grading. Could someone give me an insight? Would it downgrade -1, -2? or -0.5?

I recently went to a trade night and bought a mans entire collection of japanese cards. They were fair condition cards, and was wondering if I should grade the more upper-valued cards. I can include a list of each card that may be worth grading (they are all from jungle) Mr. Mime holo Flareon holo Victreebel holo Vileplume holo I would love to hear from the community, for I am new to grading and do not know how it works. -
Fresh pulled Great Tusk GX. Missing one holo layer (stars). Are CGC will grade that as error after confirmation that is legit and no home-made? Have you seen a similar card before?

Was going through my cards I was planning to grade and came across the card with a strange dot on it. The dot has no texture on the card and didn’t smear when touched. Very curious about it and wanted to make sure that I didn’t waste my money or time listing as an error on my submission.

Hello! I am going to send 400 Pokemon cards from Norway to get graded in USA. The return shipment will be with FedEx, and i am wondering if i have to pay any VAT, Customs or duty when the product enters my country. The total grading cost was 4227$, (including shipping that was 730$) and i just don't have the money to pay 25% of that in VAT. Please answer

Hello! I hope your all having a good day today! I will be honest, I have been a collector for years and I've only recently thought about getting my cards graded, but this site is so confusing to me? I've been clicking around for a moment not but I truely can't seem to find a q&a area, or just a solid place to get an estimate on the pricing for cards? I saw that there was a bulk option for 25 graded cards, but then the economy didn't seem to have a minimum? Let's say I wanted to get 10 pokemon cards graded; what tier do I select? What would be the estimated price range? (No specific add ons really? I've got some bigger pulls but I don't really understand the add ons not do I think they're needed really?) And would anyone have advice on a good way to ship the cards? I've been using a penny sleeve and a top loader; will CGC have any issues will accepting something like that? I guess overall if y'all have any advice on this because I'm truely lost, or is there is a q&a section someone could point me towards that would be amazing!!! What if we really wouldn't be sure of the value, and if I were to choose the bulk option, does the value total have to be equal or less then the posted amount? Or is that per card? -
Hello, I’ve recently discovered that several cards that I’ve had graded by CGC move around in their slabs if they are tilted or moved in a certain way. This isn’t the case for all of them: some move a lot, some a little less, and some not at all, however it makes me worry about potential damage that can happen to the cards over time. Is this supposed to happen, or was this from the cards not being encapsulated properly? Thank you!

I recently pulled this Giratina alt art from a booster pack. Other than the off-centered alignment, it has these white dots all over the reverse, in the bottom-right corner. Are these white dots considered an error? Just not really sure how to categorize the card, as I am trying to sell it, but not sure if it considered LP, MP, error print, etc. Thanks for any input.

Hi, I got this graded card back from a friend who added it with his order. Upon looking at it, it is labeled as a BW era/style. It should have been an XY era/style. I am not sure if this was due to a mistake on the form or what. But what would be the best way to fix this with a correct label? Thanks

I have a Pokemon Topps promo pack (UK only). It is larger than standard as I guess it has card protection inside possibly. would this be a candidate for grading or does it need to be within a standard Topps dimensions. thanks. -
I recently discovered the Pokemon sticker series from Japan. I'm still learning about the cards, but I want to get them graded. There's multiple sets; Carddass, Bandai, Seadlass, and Topsun. Does CGC grade these? If not will they in the future?

Hi all. I'm brand new to this site and am here specifically looking to have some Pokemon cards looked at to see if I should spend the money to get them graded or not. Right now I'm looking for help with this Charizard. This was bought for my wife when she was little along with all the other cards. The were bought from the store and immediately her dad put them into a plastic sleeve and then into a binder with plastic sheets to hold the cards. The card has been in there since they were originally bought in 95-96. The corners and edges are near perfect and this has barely even seen the light of day. This is an original Charizard card and from my understanding is a first edition print. Could use an expert opinion on this one.
