Top Notch (Laugh) Comics 33; here's the write-up Heritage did for the 2005 sale of the 9.8 Mile High:

"Cover team-ups don't get much wackier than the Black Hood and Pokey Oakey, The Funny Guy! Looking on are Snoop McGook, blonde airhead Suzie, and the self-explanatory (sort of) three Monkey-teers. Debuting in this issue is the Dotty and Ditto feature by a pre-Katy Keene Bill Woggon. The cover is by Red Holmdale."

Posted these and a few more pics in the "Brother, Can You Spare a Grade" thread (click to go there); would appreciate any advice about the resto comments I made there, as well as what grade/label you think this book would obtain ...

Great cover! Must be a toughie; never seen it before.  (thumbsu

Personally, 6.0 is the best grade for me. A comic that was loved in two ways. The first was enough to keep it in pretty good condition, and the second, to read it many times over.

There are a lot of great covers in the Jug run, yours is also one of my favourites, but I feel like the best Jug covers are covers that entail all of the above PLUS food. Food is a must with Jugs.

Your sig was looking a little Archieless, so I'm glad you're back !!!

Pretty sure this is one of my old copies. Definitely my favorite Jughead. Glad to bring it on home, even if it was a little pricey.

Nice!  I think I'm being gradually dragged into filling out the Juggy 1-20 run.  Here's a recent pickup.

35, 13 and then for third I’m between 46 and 50. I go back and forth.

That would be hard to narrow down for me.

3, 53 and a few others would be in the 'girls' cover category, but I really enjoy some of the Halloween covers, 5 being one of my absolute favourites. 6 and 8 are up there too. I guess 10 too. Darn, I could never even get passed the first 20 under 5!

I know that my least favourite cover from the GA is #4. I just don't like it.
