Mine is The Black Hand. From Blue Ribbon 16-22. A short lived villain, but an evil one who gets hanged in issue 22.

Forgot about Sivana from Whiz and Capt Marvel. For that matter Capt Nazi from Master comics vs Capt Marvel Jr. Now that was a sweet key villain three parter.

Only two.

 

 

It's not like they're the highest graded. Oh wait, they are.

 

The Crowley copy was slightly mis-printed so the pages stick out about 1/16" beyond the cover.

My favorite Villain is Hitler. Just loved to watch him get tortured, blown up, mutilated, get a boot to the head/arse/gut...

 

I'm kind of a Tojo man myself.

 

Hitler was a great villain. I came across this book recently (now on ebay) It has all three of WWII axis of evil on the cover.

 

Some creative kid replace the sliced off top portion with his own art. Clever!

In the GA, it has to be the Red Skull for me.

I liked Mr. Mind a lot and Capt. Nazi, both were in multi-issue stories. Here is a Mr. Mind size splash of the first story.

He later joined with Hitler and others to attempt world domination.

 

I like all of Batman's villians, Joker, Catwoman, Two-Face, Scarecrow and Penguin.

 

Sub-Mariner made a good villian but the Red Skull has to be the most impressive Timely villian.

 

The Claw was probably the best villian when he was drawn by Cole.

The dictator existed in several different forms. Madam Satan combined sex and really evil. Dr. Horror's appearance may have been brief but I liked him and Dr. Drool (from The Flame).

Another villian that lasted a long time was Superman's nemesis, Mr. Mxyztplk. Although I was more partial to Luthor.

OK, I found the Dr. Drool while looking for a Luthor cover and a Claw splash.

And Mars was hanging around for most of the Planet run.

Luthor got top billing sometimes.
