The war chest is dwindling and I have plans to go to war in early February...so let's have a sales thread. Or two perhaps. I plan on having large threads in both G/S/B and C/M over the course of January and will start in G/S/B in January, likely on the 1st. I will certainly list issues 2-19 or so of Iron Man, sub 100 X-Men and Avengers and the like. Then in the middle of the month I will transition to C/M. Prices will be good as I want to sell and will be listing tons of stuff I have had for a while. I should also have a few slabs come back during the month and expect to list some of those including Batman 121 low grade, Avengers 2, TTA44 and a few more.

 

I got sick the last few days and will not be getting to this until the weekend, assuming I survive this cold.

I have about 75 - 100 original 1960's, 1970's, and mid 1980's action, sci-fi and horror movie posters that I'm planning on listing.

I'm waiting on Moderation approval to post them in the high visibility area of G/S/B since it appears to be ok to list these items there now.  Here's a small taste.

Since I can't get a straight answer from moderation about posting the movie posters (remember kids it's who you know ) , I've decided to put that on the back burner and just do a good, old fashioned sale in Mixed. 

G/S/B is loaded right now with big money books with little crumb to flip into future cash... unless that future is 10-15 years.

  I'm going to post some stuff that should be easy to turn around in your shop or at your next local convention.  Hopefully I can get it all posted before the weekend

I'm going to list a very very nice copy of Batman 386, the first Black Mask in the Copper Modern forum in a few minutes. He's the villain in the Birds of Prey movie. I don't usually post there, so I might need a map;) Looks like a nice place:)

instead of running the threads every night  it will start Thursday and I'll go again on Sunday night and it will go that way for 4 to 5 weeks so you'll have plenty of time to look and buy and have over a month or longer to pay up  I have hundreds of books and it's going to take some time to go thru them. Golden, Silver, Bronze, Copper and Modern. Some slabs lots raw. I know @lizards2 wants a preview so I'll post a quick pic  It'll be all over the place as you can tell from the below picture

I am working on my first-ever Golden Age barroom brawl...I mean, herd cull …  from my collection. I intend to begin in the early part of this week, but deliberations are not easy. Nothing in this one will be easy stuff for me to part with, but I have a Chesler classic cover en route and a shot at another big target of mine later this week, so I am making some difficult decisions.
