Yeah....he was pretty much the wackiest villain of the pulp era.  Too bad he only made it one issue. (then became The Scorpion!....much less interesting. lol)

I'm still working on Weird Tales.  Some of the 1923 issues are proving quite the challenge.

There was an earlier Jungle Stories title published by Clayton in 1931.  That one only ran 3 issues, but this later one published by Fiction House ran 59 issues (1938-1954).
