Quick Question on Joining Collectors Society...

4 posts in this topic

Okay,

So I want to join and start sending in some books to be graded. I live in Canada, but I do have a USA shipping address. I would still include the customs form for temporary exportation in with my paperwork - I assume that is ok.

When I register, do I use my Canadian address to register or my USA shipping address. Can I have two separate addresses...one for shipping, or is this just going to confuse the situation.

Please advise...thanks.

When you join the Collectors' Society you can provide whichever address is more convenient for you to receive the introductory packet, which contains your coupon and submission forms. When you are submitting your comics, you can indicate that you prefer return shipment to your US address and leave the Registered Mail shipping charges indicated on the form. It will not be a problem for us if you have two (or more) shipping addresses on file with us, we just need it to be clear on each submission which address you are using for return shipment. Also, the online form will allow you to indicate a separate shipping and billing address (if you pay by credit card) so this will not be a problem, either.

You can send either magazines and/or comics provided that you send three books and understand that they will be treated with a 20-business day turnaround.
