I got mine because I wasn't around to meet trimpe to have it signed personally, but have Len Weins so to get this was a momento. The book itself already had those two signatures, so I wanted to add my own since it is now my book. I've had it a couple of years now, and to have a personal history by sending in for a signing just added a bit of spark to it for me. To add I put in the notes for wolvie to be in the middle of the two about to squish hulk, and I'm stretching but the sketch looks tilted enough that wolvie has a ring side seat for the event I also asked that roy Thomas sign on the "k" of the hulk and to have that honored means a lot. He took very good care of them but he did not bag them. The paper quality is beautiful. They are all on the bay. The next batch (#20 -64) is scheduled to arrive tomorrow (Tuesday) and I will add them to the bay right away. The #55 was the first book I had graded several years ago (9.6 White) and it is long gone. Two of my seven book submission came with damaged/ cracked cases. Plus it had been awhile since I have submitted a book for the extra large cases and doesn't seem as those got the same upgrade the other cases in their line did. ( Man they are ugly) They also did not make any note that the retailer and customer copy of the raffle editions have different interior covers for issue #1 . It is not all bad as I am happy to have them back (submitted them in October. ) I also thought the grades were pretty close to what i had them at myself. So here they are. Glad you'll be satisfied I will be calling them in the morning to see what can or will be done. I will also ask about the labeling ( although sure that will be dismissed) I really just wish they would have kept them all in the other cases. Moving the Raffle Editions to those oversized case is just too much space and really ugly. I still have more of those and the other TPB and they are all almost identical thickness so it doesn't make sense, but yes all in all happy to have them back and the grades are decent. Thank you!
