There's another panel in the same sequence where she stands up and is clearly not wearing any panties. I sold my copy so I can't scan it...

Does anyone know if there is a way to tell the difference between the two prinints (the 'nude' first printing and the 'non-nude' second printing) without referring to the actual panels? Is the cover slightly different or is there a statement in the indicia?
