Any speculation on the ending price ?

 

It's in HA's May auction ending May 16th. Already at $55k ($66k with BP). Very clean grays.

i will probably stop bidding in the 80s somewhere.

 

If you bid in the 80s, you own it G (went for 72k)

 

I thought it would go in the $80s or 90s (with BP). Possibly the tanning on the back cover hurt it some.

i picked up a copy recently and glad I did as the more I looked at this copy the less desirable it became

I believe Brent had 2...he had one that I tought West bought (I know I was considering buying) and then the tongie farm copy...so, while brent would have to confirm, he did have 2 at one point recently

The 7.5 did sell and it's one heck of a copy. I'd actually prefer it to the 8.0 that just sold on HA. The 8.0 had to many breaks on the spine and the tanning on the back cover. The 7.5 that sold on Quality has nice pq and seems like a brighter book. imo

Not sure about that. I purchased it for 43k and Rich purchased it after me.
