my collection so far...

Quite the collection. :headbang:

What's the grade on your other raw copy of AF #15?

If you don't mind my asking, do you still have your slabbed 6.5?

The way gold has dropped in price over these last few months shows that

AF #15 might be a better hedge. hm

Cost of entry being the only barrier, the AF15 is a much better investment...

Gold prices are all over the map (particularly without the record). Basically it feels like people pay whatever they feel like in the moment for this book.

For example: 9.4s and 7.0s have been sold at essentially the same price on GPA. I know it is a flawed tool, but the sales are still real.

A better investment would be saving a little more (+/-$500-1,000ish) and buying an original ASM1 in low grade.

There is no contest here. Just my 2c.

Of course, I am sure there isn't much original thought here.

hm Guess I'll have to get me an ASM #1 then!

This has to be a new record for a 1.5.

There's AF15, and then the rest of comics. :preach:

This is exactly why I just paid $1,000 for a coverless copy...this book will continue to climb and the lowest grades copies are already well out of reach for most collectors already. It's not pretty, but it'll do for me...

The high bidders on that item seem to have a very high percentage of bids for that seller unless I am misunderstanding how that works...

Doesn't matter. The bids are what they are. :makepoint:

It's not about the grade, it's about the book. :takeit:
