I paid way too much for this, but I finally completed my graded run of FF 140 - 200.  The first comic I purchased as a kid was FF 149, so I wanted to complete a run of FF over the time frame that I collected them in my youth.  I've got four 8.5's that I'd like to upgrade eventually, but I'm happy for now.

Here's the breakdown:

  • 8.5 = 4
  • 9.0 = 12
  • 9.2 = 15
  • 9.4 = 18
  • 9.6 = 11
  • 9.8 = 1

:x That's some love! :headbang: NICE

Glad those stories meant something!

Much love for FF fans! This is a gorgeous Perez/Cockrum cover. Well done! ^^
My first comic purchase was FF 165. :cloud9:
My raw FF run is from 75-374. Not overly impressive but I did what I could.

Got this in yesterday. Little mixed fealings on this as the seller had two copies, indentical page quality and grades. But I liked the wrap on the one I bid on better, but they sent me the other copy they had for sale. Not biggie and definitely not worth the hassle of a return for a switch. One more hole filled...

Nice book! I would want the book I bid on, however.

Oh, no doubt. Never thought there was anything nefarious about it.

Sadly, I emailed them just to give them a heads-up that in addition to the second copy they were auctioning they still had a $175 BIN copy with the picture of the book I received, just so they don’t end up selling a copy they no longer have.

Second auction has ended and the BIN copy is still up so yeah, they seem to have a hard time keeping track of stuff. Oh well, I tried.
