Will CGC allow the signature to be on the 1st page for SS?

Will CGC allow the signature to be on the 1st page and still get the SS? I know you cannot see the signature unless you crack the case but this would seem to satisfy both sides, the collector who enjoys the autograph and purist who argue the signature is a flaw in the condition. You get a unique book with the signature and the condition is preserved.
