This is an unusual but desirable Captain Marvel book issued by Hawk Books, London, 1989.It was a very limited edition (3000 copies) high-quality reproduction of Fawcett/CC Beck's Captain Marvel - the classic Mr. Mind serial from Captain Marvel Adentures. This is arguably the best serial of the Golden Age of comics. Very sharp packaging for this book- cool deep red leather-grained slipcover with the Captain Marvel "Shazam" lightning bolt logo. ISBN: 0-948248-017-6.

 

One recently sold on eBay for $255, one currently on sale on eBay for $275. Yours for $200 + your choice of shipping. (For those who care, I purchased this as a BIN on eBay about 5 years ago for the exact price I am asking now).
