I missed seeing both the X-Men #1 and Avnegrs #1 splashes in person at San Diego Con last year. The owner had both and was wondering the floor. I would never be able to afford either of them but I just wanted to hold X-Men #1.

There are less than 2 dozen pages from X-Men #1 and each are one-of-a-kind. There are hundreds, if not thousands of issues of X-Men #1 (1963 Lee/Kirby), and regardless if there is a CGC .5 or a CGC 9.8 of that issue... nothing beats owning an original page from the actual comic book in true uniqueness and scarcity. With that, I wonder what kind of money it would take to acquire Page #1... $100,000? or $250,000? or ???
