FWIW GPA shows a 5.5 with EP resto that sold for $2868 in February of this year.

Chris just spent the past year overseas in the Military so likely not.

I was able to get online and bid on that auction.

 

So after buyer's premium, and I took out EPP on it.

 

I'm in for about $3650, so honestly if someone offered me $3750 I'd call it a day.
