This book will be available to forumites over the weekend, then if not sold will be moved to a consignment site. The book has been pressed to remove two small, shallow surface impressions on the back cover near the spine. This is the copy I bought off the rack 35 years ago. It has exceptional color preservation. The listed price includes shipping and insurance within the US, if paying by check. Due to the fees, payment by Paypal must add 3% ($5,560).
