Yep could be..Keep in mind folks this was only available thru mail order SENT IN A FLIMSY MANILLA ENVELOPE no doubt causing major damage to most issues! Plus Im guessing with the recession going on Moms being cost concious would have clipped that coupon in most cases. It is considered the rarest of the 1970s Action 1 reprints.

Thanks for the info.From my research it's also the 1st reprint and according to GPA even the 1987 reprint sells for $300 in 9.8.
