I only collect meaningful cert #s. I think that the certs are messages in anagram form, from the comic gods Haspel and his Nostradamus-like underlings.

 

For example, this cert # starts with "09". What significane does that hold? This is telling us that X-Men #9 will see a spike in value. Haspel essentially spelled out in plain English to invest in X-Men #9s. The following "73" is obviously a nod to this book's year of release. "52" is next, which any simple school boy would know references More Fun #52. These cert #s are prophecy.
