1966 Marvel Posters Set of 8 12 x 17 - Framed

 

This set was one I bought in an opened package, but still in the package. So I had them matted in these wooden frames I already had. The frames have a few nicks but certainly make the posters nice, especially with the matting and glass done. Also, these posters are not taped or trimmed or have any problems condition wise in the framing process.

 

Mint poster sets usually sell for around $200-$250.

 

Anyway, I'm not hanging these up so thought they could go elsewhere.

 

Sold as a set for $195 shipped. These will be double boxed for protection.

Definitely Colan pencils on several of them and what I'd bet my bottom dollar are John Severin inks on probably all of them. GOD BLESS...

Spidey is Ditko, Subby is Everett I think. I think Thor and Cap are Kirby. The inks don't look like the normal Marvel inkers from the time. I am guessing someone else inked these books than the regulars.
