Oh awesome! My wife and I are going to leave NJ early Friday morning and hit the museum before we check in. I'm really excited about this CON, is it better or smaller than NYCC or Wiz Philly? They are the only two "big" CON's that I've been to.

Anyone have any good dinner suggestions for Friday Night?

Depends where you want to go for dinner. In the Inner Harbor, Tir Na Nog (irish) is actually pretty good. Matsuri (Japanese) in Federal Hill is also really good.

Tir Na Nog...my wife LOVES Irish pub like places...tell me a bit more about that place if you don't mind. I'm gonna check for a website!

Hon, Little Italy is right around the corner from the Inner Harbor! A lot of places there have good food, although I'm partial to this Italian place in Parkville called Itialian Bistro. The food is excellent. Just avoid Della Note in Little Italy.

If you google Tio Pepe's, thats the best Spanish place I've ever been too (I know you asked for Italian, but I'm just throwing it out there.) HOWEVER, it is also one of the most expensive places in the city. I've never left there with a bill under $100, and thats for 2 people. I also suggest a reservation for this place, and dress nice.

Also, Ryan's Daughter in Belvedere Square is another excellent Irish Pub. It's also never crowded, I swear...

As far as Tir Na Nog goes, the Irish Bangers are good, as is the Rosemary Chicken. You really won't be disappointed with this place, it's the only place I'll eat in the Inner Harbor. Everything else sucks.

Hey, no dissin' Stacy at the ESPN Zone. :sumo:

ESPN Zone disses itself just by being there.

Well, it's just fine for those of us who aren't afraid to admit that we are sexist pigs. Plus, it was joeypost's idea to go there. :gossip:

I read about Amicci's...think we're going to go there on Saturday night. Looks like I got my weekend pretty much all planned out...lol. Now I'm figuring out how much I'm gonna have to save up to get my hands on a nice 2.0-3.0 copy of TOS # 39...

My favorite place in Little Italy is Amicci's and then hit up Vicarro's for dessert. And then I like to finish the night off at Howl at The Moon.

that is a good plan!

i do dig Ryan's Daughter as Lauren suggested.

ohh, forgot, i have to check what is going on with The Senator.
