Nickel Comics (Dell) #1 F+ $270 Gerber 7 F+ or better, minimal wear on this tough to grade pocket size(7.5x5.5") comic, has very light wear only, small tear at upper staple, clean staples, light dust shadows, supple pages, from 1938

Panic #1 VG/F $80 nice solid copy but has small piece out back cover(no from tannin/brittleness). Please note the cover colors are darker than scan shows(particularly the blue background), the stressing on top edge/corner doesn't stick out anyway near as much.
