BoomCity
Can’t remember if I’ve shared this one here. Picked up off the boards. Have never felt the need to upgrade it because it’s got OW pages and presents as good as most 4-4.5s I’ve seen. SC22, Dark Knight, Knightsofold and 1 other

Callaway29
This might be old news, but just noticing the 5.5 cr-ow that went for $7K in July. Things are looking up for SC22! SC22

Things are looking up for SC22! SC22 has a bright future great book (cover is awesome and a 10 cent cover to boost) and it is a scarcer SA key. I have mentioned in the past that I believe it is the most undervalued SA key at the moment. You can still get a 6.0 for less than 10 000$ that is pretty cheap compared to some other top key SA books that are actually easier to find. SC22
How is this a 6.0? I own a 6.0 and it does not look like this at all and the 6.0's that have sold for 9000$ or so did not look like this at all either. https://www.comicconnect.com/bookDetail.php?id=729386 Edited November 14, 2017 by SC22

kimik
I am not surprised based on how lenient they are with spine and corner creasing from time to time. This summer they were very loose with 6.0 and 6.5 grades IMHO. It has tightened up since then, but during the June through early August peak convention season they were letting a lot of creasing go on book. SC22
The SC22 sold for 150 000$ in CGC 9.2. https://comics.ha.com/itm/silver-age-1956-1969-/superhero/showcase-22-green-lantern-dc-1959-cgc-nm-92-cream-to-off-white-pages/a/7169-91050.s?ic4=ListView-ShortDescription-071515
Gotham Kid
Boy did Doug take a wash on this book. What was Reece's asking price ? 250K ?
SC22
150k seems like a good price for a 9.2. I don't see this book been valued yet anywhere near 250k.

It may be the only 9.2 graded by CGC but at 150k I think that is still very good.
Dark Knight
You sure Doug paid $250k for it? Might have been negotiated for lower.
