I couldn't resist grabbing this one off Ebay. I would have preferred to wait for a 9.6 with White Pages but I figured with this issue I may have had a loooooong wait!

No idea - I bid $150.

But I know some of these black picture frame covers can be tough to find in high grade (Suscha News 9.8 sold for $876 in 2011).

- Nice centering.

- Hasn't been a high grade copy in grade to higher available for some time now. 

Outside of that I have no clue?
