650 pages isn't bad from start to finish....it's not like the moderns heating up thread - no one is going over all that again!

There are finds and then there are thrill of the hunt finds and threads. This ones fun cause it can be win lose or draw, and at the end of the day you still look forward to the next!

Well I got it.Probably the most erratic collection I have found in awhile. From a Tec 264 to a near full run of Trinity to Lady Death Lingerie. Some neat Gold Key & a couple of Bronze pence copies. Some hardcover DC books.A DS cover,an AMS 299 & a couple pree 100,some FF I needed.A nice run of Badger (Image),loads of Ghost Rider and very heavy on DC & Image.

Way too much work sorting.Poor me.

Went to a yard sale that advertised comics. They did, but it was the second day and 1/2 the box was gone. I picked up a few books, but nothing post-worthy. However, I bundled the comics with this, which is really cool. I think this will clean up nice. It's not complete, but I think this will make a nice action figure display case. This is a chemistry set and mentions atomic energy, so I'm thinking about displaying sci-fi figures and items - Flash Gordon, Buck Rogers. I was looking for superheroes created by chemistry, and nothing jumped out at me. I'm not a Daredevil fan, Swamp Thing works better in a horror section, and I have other plans for TMNT displays. Suggestions are appreciated.

The one thing I miss the most since moving away from southern California is the flea markets and swap meets (well maybe family too...) North Texas, there's not a lot happening but the competition is pretty small unlike OC or LA County. I did finally manage to get lucky at a random antique store today.

It's beat but it was cheap.

Any idea if this is a published artist or is it someone trying to pick up a woman by drawing her profile on a piece of scrap paper? It's literally on the bottom of a folded up cardboard food container that you'd see at a con. Looks like a three namer in silver ink, first name Alan or Adam?

Went back to the thrift store where a couple of months back I purchased a nice stack of comics that were once owned by someone named Caleb.  They must’ve brought out another box of Caleb's books, because I bought another 20 or so today - mostly sketchbooks and indies circa 2007-2013, the highlight being Head Lopper 1 and 2 (self published version) - not bad for $20 all in.
