Or are they?? hm

Just looking back over just the last half dozen pages it seems the majority of posts of finds in this thread are from "used bookstores", "that guy", "lcs", "found these in a collection", "etsy", "connected with a guy", "local record shop", "picked up from owner", "was given these"....

Personally, I don't go to many Antique stores or Garage sales...I do however go to Auctions, Comic shows, and Comic stores.  I like to share cool things I find and I like to look at cool things other people find.  I don't really care where the stuff comes from...

All that being said I did go to a FLEA MARKET today and picked up some stuff!  :cloud9:

My mom is visiting for Easter, she’s in her 70s, and she loved seeing the paper doll finds. Well done! (thumbsu

To be fair, others are posting Garage Sale/Flea Market/Antique Mall Finds

as the title of this thread suggests.

I want to confirm group shots are acceptable or should every book found have an individual pic

Took a quick 5 minutes from Easter stuff to start going through a collection I picked up this morning for a song. Early highlights. Will post any other interesting highlights as I make my way through it.

Nice, I want to shop where you shop.  - Amazing haul!

Facebook and Craigslist can yield great results. It just takes time and luck. Similar to any flea market, thrift store, or garage sale.

Yup - the deals are out there.  Case in point - paid $30 for all of this yesterday - nothing too spectacular, but the books were in great condition, and you can't beat the price

Collection is a little eclectic. Anybody know their manga? I know Akira, but that’s it.

A lot of those are really neat. The Nausicaa should do well. In the 80's that was released in the US as Warriors of the Wind. Hayao Miyazaki. Later part of Studio Ghibli.  The Fist of the North Star are also neat ones and as you mentioned the Akira definitely good ones.

Really do like the Nausicaa ones though.  :cloud9:
