Picked up a few books a while back from a old school hollywood actress. She answered a classified ad that I had placed here in NY in a local paper. She actually had a male friend call me first before I went to her apartment.

She told me the books used to belong to her ex husband and she just wanted to get rid of them.

Most of the books were beaters from the early 50's and few from years later.

I grabbed a pile and left a bunch behind. I offered her $50 bucks, which she reluctantly accepted. I basically told her take it or leave it.

Picked this guy up for 60 bucks from Freeport this morning. I've ALWAYS wanted one and couldnt believe when the seller asked for only 60.

He also had a Wonder Woman Brian Bolland statue which he tried to package with Supes for 150.00, and although the price point was good for both I only went for the Supes
