It is generally believed that the following comic was going to be issued as Air Pirates #3, but the Disney lawsuit threw a wrench into those plans. I think a high grade copy of this comic is much harder to find than Air Pirates #1 & #2.

 

Tortoise and the Hare, 1971, CGC 9.0 WP, 2nd highest graded behind a sole 9.4, my price $175 shipped in the US.
