Wrong title

I recently sent in (well, a few months ago, but recently received) a copy of Marvel Premiere #15 (first appearance of Iron Fist) but it was sent back graded with Iron Fist #15 as the title. I don't know if this was the fault of the submitter, or a slip up on your side. I thought it was possible that the store that sent it in may have sent it in labled Iron Fist 15, but even if they did, that is something I thought you would catch on your side and correct. Is there anything I can do to get the title corrected other than paying the extra few bucks to get it reholdered?
