Nice to see this Thread bumped this year as it's the 75th anniversary of the end of the war (and the dropping of the Bomb on Japan). 

Comics were an integral part of morale and propaganda during the war.

Cap 13 is awesome. But it's post Pearl Harbor. There's heroes fighting the Japanese in 1940 and 1941!

Did they actually depict Japanese on those covers prior to Pearl Harbor?  Again, I have no idea.  Somewhat unrelated but I have the National 18 which depicted the attack a month early.  A ratty copy I know.
