The facts:

 

 

 

1. The name "Miracleman" or the 1980s double-MM logo or costume

2. The ART for Miracleman 1-25, and Gaiman's SCRIPTS for 17-25

If I remember correctly Todd McFarlame owns the above dosen't he?

 

#2 is what the dispute was about... Todd says he owns it, but Neil says that he owns the scripts and Buckingham owns the art. Unless something has happened recently that I missed...

 

not sure about the logo/costume/name tho, actually...

JMS totally hacked the whole Sentry story from MM, and hacked the rest of Supreme Power from it as well (the sequence wher Dr. Spectrum kills his creator is a panel-by-panel rip-off of MM-Gorganza (sp?) climax.
